Promote sustainable farming and food security in rural Ghana.
Volunteers assist small-scale farmers with planting, harvesting, composting, and introducing eco-friendly techniques. This hands-on program helps improve nutrition and community resilience while giving volunteers real agricultural experience.
Overview
The Agriculture Program offers volunteers the opportunity to work alongside local farmers to promote food security, sustainable practices, and community development in rural Ghana. This hands-on experience is perfect for those passionate about environmental sustainability, farming innovation, and helping improve rural livelihoods.
Why This Program?
Many Ghanaian communities rely on small-scale agriculture for food and income. However, outdated farming techniques, lack of resources, and climate challenges often limit productivity.
